The hotel's location was the only saving grace, situated right beside the employees' dirt road entrance and the supply delivery entrance. The rooms were very old and far from Deluxe; they even lacked basic furniture like a chair. The service was friendly and helpful when possible, especially one of the entertainers named Elba Gascon. The location is nice with its own bar and restaurant, but unfortunately, it was really black and terribly designed for a place called' Playa Blanca. ' The dining experience was sub par and very similar every day.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large with a balcony overlooking the pool area, but they were run down and not very clean, with a musty smell. The staff were friendly and helpful, catering to international guests like myself. The location was the saving grace, with a nice play area for children and close proximity to the Rio Hato airport. The dining options were limited, especially for breakfast, but the facilities permitted swimming and had a friendly Animation Crew.
