Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was the only saving grace, situated right beside the employees' dirt road entrance and the supply delivery entrance. The rooms were very old and far from Deluxe; they even lacked basic furniture like a chair. The service was friendly and helpful when possible, especially one of the entertainers named Elba Gascon. The location is nice with its own bar and restaurant, but unfortunately, it was really black and terribly designed for a place called' Playa Blanca. ' The dining experience was sub par and very similar every day.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large with a balcony overlooking the pool area, but they were run down and not very clean, with a musty smell. The staff were friendly and helpful, catering to international guests like myself. The location was the saving grace, with a nice play area for children and close proximity to the Rio Hato airport. The dining options were lacking variety and the service was not up to par in some areas.
The hotel is located beside the entertainment theater and the disco, offering a vibrant atmosphere. Although there were initial issues with hot water that took some time to resolve, overall, the rooms were decent. The service was lacking, with issues like missing towels and unhelpful staff, despite amenities like airport shuttle and tour assistance being available. The location, while offering its own bar and restaurant facilities, had a somewhat amusingly black and poorly designed theme for a place called 'Playa Blanca'. The dining options were limited, especially for breakfast, but the facilities permitted swimming and had a friendly Animation Crew.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient and right on the beach, but the rooms were in poor condition, with mold and no hot water. The service was a bit inconsistent, with friendly staff but also rude interactions. The dining options were excellent with a variety of dishes, but the dining area was chaotic. Overall, it was not worth the money paid.
